Description
If you’re new to the sport of triathlon and looking for a welcoming training environment for new triathletes, this is for you! Our beginner tri training program is a 10-week program that includes a coach-led Friday morning group workout as well as a 10-week beginner sprint tri training program. In addition to swimming, cycling, and running, our coaches will also guide you through the intricacies of transitions and race nutrition, preparing you for a successful and fun race and building your confidence in all aspects of triathlon.
This program will be geared to completing a race of your choice the weekend of 8/24; two ideas for local races that weekend are the Chicago Tri and Sugar River Tri . **Race entry not included with training program.
