Description
This 16-week spring half marathon and 10k training program includes three structured runs and one strength workout each week to be completed independently. The program also includes unlimited email access to a coach. The training program for the Chicago Spring Half Marathon and 10k starts January 29th.
All of the workouts will be entered and shared between athlete and coach via TrainingPeaks, a free app. A local group add-on option can be made available.
