Description
Let us help you get out the door Wednesday and Friday mornings for a run. We meet at 6am at Lee St. beach (Evanston) for a 45-60 minute run workout. The workout will be made available in your TrainingPeaks account (a free app).
Membership also includes occasional “field trip” runs. Once or twice a month we plan longer runs on Saturday mornings from various locations; in the past we’ve run The Magnificent Mile, the ravines in Winnetka and some hills in Highland Park. You will be kept updated via a weekly email sent on Monday evening.
Membership is recurring until cancelled.
