Description

Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings for a cycling and strength workout from the comfort of your own home. The workout file will be emailed prior to the start of the class and you’ll be sent a zoom meeting link so you can join in on the camaraderie and banter. If you’re riding on Zwift, an optional virtual meet-up is also offered. A smart trainer is recommended but not required.

Tuesday cycling class rides from 5:30–6:25 am. Strength workout immediately follows from 6:30–7:00 am. Thursday cycling class rides 5:30-6:40 am. Core workout immediately follows from 6:45-7:00 am.

A 3-month auto-renewing commitment is required. Indoor Cycling typically starts in October and finishes in April.
