Description
This 16-week fall marathon training program includes three structured runs and one strength workout each week to be completed independently. The program also includes unlimited email access to a coach. The start date for runners doing the Chicago marathon is June 18, 2023 and the start date can be modified for those running a different marathon.
Prior to the program start, runners should be able to complete a run or run/walk of at least 5 miles. All of the workouts will be entered and shared between athlete and coach via TrainingPeaks, a free app. A local group add-on option can be made available.
