Whether it’s running, cycling, swimming, or strength training, a group setting can help you find motivation and support, pushing you further than you may go on your own. Not to mention, our clinics and programs are the perfect places to make new friends and connect with other like-minded athletes!
We offer seasonal outdoor group training as well as Zoom training sessions.

Our Clinics & Programs
Group Cycling
Join us Tuesday and Thursday mornings for a cycling workout.
During the indoor season, you’ll ride from the comfort of your own home. The workout file will be entered into your free TrainingPeaks account and you’ll be sent a Zoom meeting link so you can join in on the camaraderie and banter. If you’re riding on Zwift, an optional virtual meet-up is also offered. A smart trainer is recommended but not required.
Indoor rides are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 5:40 am. Rides are between 50 and 75 minutes. The strength workout immediately follows the ride and is completed by 7:05 am.
During the outdoor season, we meet at Gillson Park, Wilmette for a 5:40 am ride start time. The Tuesday ride is a bike/run brick format, and the Thursday ride is a longer ride. Both morning workouts are approximately 70 minutes.

Outdoor Group Running
Let us help you get out the door Wednesday and Friday mornings for a run. We meet at 6 am at Lee St. beach (Evanston) for a 45–60 minute run workout. The workout will be made available in your TrainingPeaks account (a free app).
Membership also includes occasional “field trip” runs. Once or twice a month we plan longer runs on Saturday mornings from various locations. In the past, we’ve run The Magnificent Mile, the ravines in Winnetka, and some hills in Highland Park. You will be kept updated via a weekly email sent on Monday evening.
Membership is recurring until canceled.
